Customer satisfaction
For this week, I’d like to share an email I received from a former client who asked me to p
ost this letter on the blog. I’ve changed the names for privacy.
.
Dear Thailand Investigations blog readers,
.
Even though my official business with Michel has ended, I will admit that I still visit this blog regularly to check on the weekly posts. I find them very informative and comforting—it sort of tells me that I wasn’t alone in my former predicament.
.
Like many expats here in Thailand, I found myself in love with one of the local girls. I hung on to every word she said, and I trusted her implicitly. I only started growing suspicious when she suddenly took a drastic change in attitude, going out at odd hours and coming home late at night. I asked her where she was going, and she just kept on saying that she went out to meet some friends.
.
That went on for awhile, with me believing her completely. But soon I started to receive large bills for the credit cards I gave her, and this prompted me to consult a private investigation agency to look into the problem.
.
Since I am not experienced in these matters, my number one consideration was price. I was able to easily find a cheap agency and thus hired them to solve my problem. But after months and months of paying the retainer, I did not get A SINGLE satisfactory result. All they gave me were reasons and excuses on why they had to continue to work the case for another month. They said that if I was unsatisfied, I could go to another agency. They assured me that whoever I got, I would get the same results for the same reasons they gave me. And to top it off, when I asked for a refund (since they did not give me anything), they said that they don’t give refunds! And this was after about five and a half months of continuous payments.
.
I was furious, so I tried to find another more reputable agency. I asked some friends, and they pointed me in the direction of Michel’s Thailand Investigation agency. When I consulted my problem with them, I was amazed at the level of professionalism these people had, and was instantly impressed. I admit that after my previous experience with my former agency that I was still anxious and somewhat fearful about being fooled again, but after about two months, Michel showed me EVERYTHING I needed to look for. There were no holes in his results, and I was completely satisfied.
I know that prevention is always the better (which is why I also encourage you to read this blog for tips. They’re very easy, actually.), I know that many of you like me, have already fallen into a trap. And the most important thing when that happens is to hire a really good private investigation company. I would also like to tell you that I have met a number of people who were not completely satisfied with Michel’s service the first time, but they themselves admitted to me that it was easy to follow-up with Thailand Investigation because of their fixed location. Eventually, their problems were addressed.
.
I encourage everyone who has problems to consult with Thailand Investigation. Just visit ThailandInvestigation.com for more details. I’m doing this as I am really grateful for Michel’s quality and honest service. And in my experience here in this foreign land, I believe that you really should choose the people you trust.
.
Sincerely,
Bob

In reading this letter, I am greatly encouraged to solicit Mr. Michel’s advice regarding a problem I have, similar to Bob. I have been very hesitant these past few weeks in consulting a private investigator since I do not like to open up my problem to just anyone. I seem to have been fortunate to be able to find this blog, in my searching for a reputable private investigation agency here in Thailand. I will be sure to visit the official website for more details, and soon, consult with the agency personally.

I have also been victimized before by unscrupulous private investigation agency, and have paid them a lot of money and got zero results. I completely agree with Bob that price should not be the number one consideration in choosing an agency. It should always be an agency you can trust. And trust is priceless, I think. No matter how cheap they are, if they can’t deliver, what’s the point, right? It’s like you’re throwing money away. And also, with my experience with Thailand Investigation, I believe I have received good value and returns for the money I spent.

It’s really unfortunate that you had to experience something like that. Fake private investigation agencies usually reels unsuspecting victims in by quoting very low prices. But as you keep on paying, they fail to produce the proper results, and lack the professionalism of the true investigators. I am happy that you were able to have a good experience with our service. Hope you visit the site again.
