We’ve Got All Bases Covered
Usually, when a person enters a foreign country, he or she is asked whether they’re visiting for business or for pleasure. Of course, for many, it’s a mix of both, to varying degrees. And in both as well, many foreigners get into trouble and have difficulty sorting things out, which leads to much more complications and problems.
This is where Thailand Investigation comes in. Armed with the knowledge of scientific and efficient investigation as well as the proper tools, skills, contacts, and technology, we get the job done.

At the helm of it all is Michel Mauquoi (Michel to his friends), who is a former Belgium Police Investigator, giving him more than enough experience in running an investigation. Plus, he is not only fluent in English, French, and Thai, but has also been running the private investigations service for eight solid years.
Through the years, Thailand Investigation has forged a solid reputation of not only being one of the leading PI agencies who tackle each case with skill and precision, but also with discretion. We here realize that a lot, of not all our clients very much prefer to have everything solved as quietly and as discreetly as possible. We always respect that, whether stated or not, and we do our utmost to always guard the privacy of our valued clients and customers.
We’ve also handled a lot of different cases before, which more or less makes anything you bring to us something we’ve done before. This experience handling similar cases in the past will help us bring everything to a close much easier (both for you and for us) and deliver accurate and efficiently obtained results. We’ve pretty much seen everything, which is why we’ve also put up this site to help visitors see the most common problems, and even share selections of client’s stories and letters (published with their consent and identities concealed) so that they may serve as lessons to others. We have also implemented the use of various technologies such as GPS real time tracking, computer and phone monitoring, and others to help us resolve things more effectively. We also realize that many of our clients want things accomplished in as little time as possible – not so much for financial reasons but more on the need for closure and the burden of the case (and the problem attached to it) lifted off their shoulders.
Thailand is a wonderful and rich and colorful country. It’s a place where both business ventures and pursuits of pleasure can thrive and grow, as long as you know how to navigate through the different aspects of the local environment and culture that make the whole Thailand experience unique and different from what you’ve seen before. But mistakes are easy to make somewhere along the way, and we are here to help you correct those mistakes, or better yet, through this blog, enable you to prevent anything untoward from happening.
So whether it’s a problem with business or pleasure or a little bit of both, we have all bases coved for you.

I’m very lucky to have stumbled onto this site right now. I am scheduled to work for a couple of years in Thailand for a big international corporation (I’d rather not say what, but it’s pretty big) and I am searching for a lot of tips about general living in Thailand. While yours is more a niche market, I still learn a lot of things from reading the articles and write-ups that you have posted so far. Keep up the good work! I hope my stay is one of peace and happiness, but in case I need the services of a PI, you guys are the first I’ll be contacting.

Eight years is indeed a lot of time to be able to perfect or at least significantly improve one’s investigation skills, especially adapted to work with and within the local framework and social structures and norms. I’ve been here for a while now, just recently retired and I’ve fallen in love with the country so I decided to retire here. I’ve put up a small business here, where I earn a bit more than enough. Admittedly I’ve been hearing your name from my friends who have run into “problems”, and I was curious about our outfit. So far, just speaking as someone on the outside, I like everything. More power!
